Firefox problem??

LSPIX showed no problems and I'm just running Kaspersky now 70% done

Kaspersky for critical areas showed no problems detected, just checking My Computer now

Scan for all areas on Kaspersky showed no problems......do you think its ok now??

Yeah ~ id say your good to go (If your happy with Mcafee that is)

Cool....comp does actually seem faster. Wonder if I'm able to work FF now?? Will try!

Replacing Mcafee (Which let the threats through in the 1st place) with something half decent like ~
AVIRA (free)
or KASPERSKY (best pay product)
......will speed up your computer quite a bit too as Mcafee is a real resource hogger

Could you help me with the FF problem that I wrote about in the first post? I've reinstalled and its now a newer version but it is still logging me out!!! Grrr!!

The EXACT same problem?

Try installing version 2

Then uninstall

Download CCLEANER (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION' ~ make sure YAHOO TOOLBAR is unticked on installation)

Run the CLEANER scan (UNTICK 'cookies')
Then run the REGISTRY scan (Backup the registry when it asks)


reboot

Download GLARY UTILITIES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD NOW' ~ UNTICK the ASK toolbar on installation)

Run the ONE CLICK scan

Then reinstall the latest firefox ~

i'm guessing that you have cleared the cache/cookies?
