I believe that it means your return flight will be set to return in 7 days of you landing.

Travel Agents get special deals from suppliers (as well as Fam trips or resort familiarisation trips) that allows them to book accomodation, transfers etc seperately with any company they like to "experience" the destination/resort hence the no accomodation in the comp
