1. Open to UK residents over the age of 18 departing from Manchester Airport between 1st April 2009 and 30th September 2009 (“the Promotional Period”).2. Employees of Manchester Airport, their families, their agents or anyone else connected with the promotion are excluded.
3. To enter: Complete and return the entry form by freepost or enter at https://www.manchesterairport.co.uk
4. Photocopies of the entry form will not be accepted.
5. Promoter will not be responsible for incomplete / lost or damaged entry forms. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
6. Only one entry per person for each separate holiday or flight can be entered in each prize draw period. For example, if you go on holiday three times in June you can enter three times for the June draw. Each draw period relates to the month of departure for your holiday. Only one prize per household in total. 7. Entries received will be entered into the monthly draw period relating to their date of departure, which must be between 1st April and 30th September 2009. All entries for departures in September must be received by 7th October 2009. The 7th October 2009 will be the end of the draw period for departures in September.
8. The Draws: For each of the six months within the Promotional Period there will one draw per month. The draw will be conducted within 7 days of the end of the draw period (which relates to the month of departure) and one winner will be selected from all eligible entries for that month. Winners will be notified by post within 28 days at the end of each draw period and must respond to the notification within a further 14 days otherwise they may be disqualified and the prize reallocated.
9. The Prize: Each prize will be a cash refund for the holiday dates submitted departing from Manchester Airport departing between 1st April - 30th September 2009 from any travel retailer up to a maximum value of £5,000.
10. Winners will be required to submit an official branded confirmation of travel booking and costs in order to claim the refund which will be payable to the lead booking name only. The name provided on the entry form must also feature on the booking confirmation form.
11. Details of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Marketing Department, Olympic House, Manchester Airport, Manchester M90 1QX after 31st October 2009.
12. The Promoters decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. We reserve the right to withdraw or terminate the promotion should exceptional circumstances prevent it from being run.
14. Winners will be required to participate in any reasonable publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter.
