Home Phone Problem

Was with BT then switched to Sky for our home phone
Sky then took it upon themselves to disconnect the phone

That was on 9th Feb and despite over £100 in mobile phone calls to them requesting them to re activate the line, it still hasnt been done

They now tell me that they cannot reinstate the line, that I will have lost my number and that as I am not a 'new customer' they cannot install 'a new line'!

What are my cheapest options for getting my home line active. It needs to be done urgently but prefferably at no cost and with a minimal, if any contract

    Having read your previous posts. I would call Ofcom to see if they cant get your line reinstated etc.( They will have direct access to the Sky High Level Complaints Team).

    I assume you still have Sky TV otherwise you cant get Sky Talk.
