    Easiest and best way ......

Mix up some Bio washing powder in a spray bottle with water and spray lightly onto the head lining, door cards , seats , carpets.

The for added effort sprinkle some dry poweder on the seats and leave over night, next morning hoover the poweder off the seats and enjoy the fresh smell.

or the other option take for a valet to a place that has a "Fogger" will cost about £30 ish ?? smart price bio washing poweder about £1 ;-)
If it doesnt pay rent sell it.
    Mortgage - £2,000

Try sprinkling baking soda in the car, then put a cup of white vinegar in the car and leave overnight. Usually gets rid of harsh smells.
