A Slow Vista Laptop - Hijack log attached

I have recently installed Office 2007 which I am not sure if it is this that has slowed down my laptop or something else. I have copied below the Hijack this log. Would someone mind having a quick look at it for me and give any advice on what (or if) anythng needs tweaking a bit.

My Task Manager says I have 54 processes running.

Download and install CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds/downloading-slim
Once its installed open it, go to tools>startup
Disable Microsoft Office
Microsoft Office - C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE
The more unneeded things you disable the faster it will go.

Then download and install Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php update, run a quick scan, remove everything it finds and post the contents of the logfile back here.

FIX this using hijack ~
O20 - AppInit_DLLs:

I cant see anything else wrong as such except BIGFIX might not be worth having and 'copysafe' might also slow it down

Have you run a malwarebytes scan? If not ~

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD NOW')

UPDATE and FULL SCAN
Post the log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds

I already have CCleaner which I run regular, although I haven't Malwarebytes so I shall download that and post the log - thank you looking.

But to be sure id suggest as follows (Especially as its a trojan that was found) ~

Please run COMBOFIX
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be)

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe')

I have tried to download combofix wich did indeed give an error box as you said but only the option to click ok and no options when right clicking on the box.
