  • Nope.....IF they decide you have a surplus it would start from the day they tell you...its NEVER backdated

    Although....I'd be tempted to say leave it as it is & no news is good news!

    Its not really unusual. I was trading as a sole trader and also had a limited company. Not quite a straight forward 'simple' BR. Still I'm discharged now and didn't get an IPA so I'm not accountable to anyone any longer.

    have you checked here? as cazzy said you might already be discharged

    I went bankrupt in Oct 2008 and have looked on the above, but I am not on the list. Any ideas what that means? I have received my early discharge though.
    Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
