BCA and its book clubs

Has anyone else had bother recently with Book Club Associates and all its clubs - BOL.com and Just Good Books in particular.
I ordered a book from BOL.com at the beginning of September, it duly arrived, but damaged. The dent in it was under its plastic wrap and it looked as if someone had noticed as it was sort of scribed round with something leaving a ring around it. I sent it back for a replacement and they have received it, but I have sent emails and phoned since then and I still haven't had a replacement. Just all the waffle about trouble with their courier, reorganisation, etc. I have been given different dates when the book was supposed to have been sent - now with 28 days delivery!
Their customer service line is of course 0870 but trying the non-0870 lines there is no answer - except to one, I got through to Security. He said they've all gone, still trading but the call centre people have all gone. It feels like wading through toffee, getting nowhere fast.
Do you think there's any danger of getting it before Christmas ………
And of course they've had the money for it since the beginning of September.
I had ordered two another books through the Just Good Books section. The parcel arrived. One of the books I had ordered but not the other. I phoned, courier came and collected the book yesterday. Today I get a form from them to claim for "undelivered parcel" - and a label for the return of the wrong book! The one their courier collected yesterday.
If the parcel hasn’t been delivered why do I need a label to return a book?
