Does anyone know the format for the email addresses at Seat UK, have the address, tel number and the name of the MD, now just need to find his email address..... so fed up with the local dealer and the fact that Seat UK are still endoring them, despite their shoddy work/attitude, I want to go straight to the top!!!

Personally, I would write a letter. It looks more official especially when the letter is one of complaint. Send it recorded so both you and Seat know it got there. Emails can often be fobbed off as spam or undelivered etc.
