i've taken a couple of shelves out of mine to give them abit more room i guess it depends on how many plants you've got.

Isnt it abit early for runners??

haha ... i planted my courgette's to early they are currently taking over my mini...

Not to mention them needed plant surgery this morning, silly thing i broke there stems a few weeks ago, i was convinced they where gonna die so i just left them but they are still fighting so i figured it was time to give them some love and help fit thier wounds... sticky plasters and drinking straw's for the win!!!!

Now just need to work out what the hell to do with this second set i planted incase the first lot didn't make it... damn im gonna be overrun with courgettes at this rate.

... oh well live and learn.

    Rofl....
I planted some dwarf French beans about 4 weeks ago in toilet roll tubes. They were a no show, so planted some more last week, now have two lots of dwarf French beans, same with cukes and toms, I'm over run with plants, gonna pick the best and give the rest away.
Peas went in the ground yesterday, beans are only just shooting so will be going in later this week probably.
You could try putting your plants in under cloches if they are too big for the mini green house.

I have major attachment issues... i keep saying im going to give away some of these plants yet it took all my willpower to give 1 single courgette away this morning (even though that means i still have 7!!!) ive also promised my sister a couple of tomato's but but but .... i don't wanna!!!! even though i have over 20 and enough room for 6 at the most!

There's always the question in the back of my mind, will the plant I give away do better than the ones I kept....;)

I planted out four of my runner beans a week ago after hardening them off for a few days and they're fine. If it's colder where you are, you could try putting them in a sheltered spot during the day and in a shed/garage at night?
