Ok, will write the letter tonight.
Should I ask for all payments that were made to ppi to be refunded aswell as this comes to £900+
Thanks for everything so far

There is another thing you could say in this letter and that is that you want to be put back into the position as if you never had the PPI and 8% statutory interest on top. As they have made a goodwill offer and this was taken out in 2006 and Loans.co.uk have been fined I don't think it would long at the FOS (not 18 months as sometimes as soon as FOS requests the file from them they pay up). You need it all back, it was missold to you.0

Sometimes if there has been a goodwill gesture FOS can get them (just by requesting the file) to make the full redress before its actually adjudicated. They are admitting something by offering you something so if it were me (but please do as you want and make this your decision as FOS can sometimes take 18 months) I would want the lot back and get my complaint to the FOS.0 -

Took your advice Marshallka and off to the FOS we go as they had already stated it was their final response. Dont want to prolong it any further with another letter from them saying they are sticking to the original offer.
Its my money so i want it all back0 -

I would then perhaps give them another week maximum (FOS are taking up to 18 months now anyway) and then send them off. Have you had any responses at all from them? Did you send everything recorded delivery too?
thanks for your help and yes always send it recorded delivery, also emailed them but nothing.
I have done another letter to them and asked for the refund again and this time I have broken it down a bit and added the figures and my calculations and said if I dont hear from them in 14 days I will be passing this to the FOS. That gives them a generous 2 wks so by that time I will be on holiday and can discuss it with them should I have to.
Have had one case at the FOS and as I didnt lose financially they have offered to compensate me £100 for inconvenience so I have taken them up on it. I have a few more with the FOS and just waiting on adjudicators for 2 of them one of them is WF and the other Black Horse fingers crossed.:jLiving Life to the Full0 -
not going to believe this there is an email from them in my spam folder hehe says they apologise for not responding to my letters and a full responce to both my complaints will be dealt with either on Friday or Monday so I should get a letter next week! If not then I will be ontot he FOS:jLiving Life to the Full0

got my reply from LCUK for two of my loans first one said they are denying all liability and the 2nd one says altho they are denying I was mis-sold they want to offer me a refund?
GOing to take it up with the FOS not putting up with this, however I have received a disc as well and it incriminates me even more as I agreed to the PPI on it so how am I going to get round this without admitting defeat?:jLiving Life to the Full0
