Do Speed Humps Require Signs ???
Does anyone know the legalities of installing speed humps ???
Whilst driving to work this morning i discovered that the local council installed three speed humps yesterday afternoon, whilst not travelling very fast it came as quite a shock to both the car and myself when i hit the first one
They couldn't even manage to fill in the 8" pothole 4ft after the new speed hump, me thinks that they actually dug the pothole to create the speedhump !!
Does the council have an obligation to erect signs to warn people ????
off to check my tracking and bushes
not happy !

You should expect a lot more activity from you council as they have to spend (waste) their budget by the end of March.(".)0 -
