    Nice one - my efforts tonight will extend to saut!eing some veggies and mixing them with a shop bought pasta sauce and filled pasta:o

    Oh you've a couple of inches over me then...I'm only 5'4 and would be happy to be sub 10 stone. Was 8 and a half all through my 20s, and did get down to 9 and a half after DD born...since then I've yo yoed up to 11.5!!! Yikes!!

    9.4 is just a loose target - if I have good muscle tone and feel good the number will be irrelevant. Also training hard and finding new ways to challenge my mental and physical stamina give me a real buzz... Hubbles is also a gym freak and we love to train together (not that we're competitive or anything...:rolleyes:)
