Hi all,
Has anyone bought or looked at the Barratt development Clayton Mills in Hassocks? (east sussex) I'm going to have a look at the weekend and it would be good too know if anyone has managed to negotiate a good deal on off-plan.

I heard somewhere that they were having difficulty selling, so were selling off more of the development to housing associations.0

we had a look this morning and it looks to be a nice place. There is some affordable housing on one side but this doesn't really bother me.
One thing that did sound strange was that if you take up any of their 'incentives' you have to use their own mortgage broker and solicitor otherwise you had to pay full asking price.....0
