should I replace a new one?

I sold a brand new item 6 month ago on ebay. Recently she contacted me the item is faulty. I sent her a replacement as soon as possible as this item has one year warranty. This replacement is not new, but in good condition. She is not happy with this replacement. Now she asked me to replace with a brand new one or full refund. Should I replace a new one to her? thanks

I think so, as it's a one year warrenty. But, she should return the broken one (if she still has it) and the nearly-new one to you.0

TBH If I bought new product and it went wrong I would expect a new product as a replacement providing it was covered by the warranty (and not damaged by misuse) There is no way I would accept a second hand product in exchange.0

The phone companies though get away with refurbished reeplacements all the time, so I assume it is legal. They don't even supply the same model sometimes!
