Has anyone dealt with a company in Beijing China,Alihashop? I'm beginning to get a creepy feeling about them. They Have my money but I don't have the goods and they're not talking anymore!
We should pool all information and warn each other about criminal websites and 'Save our money' Any suggestions as to how I go about getting my money back please!

If your having no luck trying to contact them and you used either a visa credit or debit card then you should be able to claim chargeback from your bank.
(i think it has to be at least £100 with visa credit card and any amount for visa debit)
If it was anything other than visa then i don't know, i'd have a look on their website.
Please correct me if i'm wrong peeps.
I recently had a same situation, i sent off my letter requesting chargeback, and a week later the website finally got in contact with me (2 half months after order placed) and was finally given my refund, so i've had to send off another letter to cancel the chargeback :rolleyes:0 -
I see no point in having lists of dodgy sites since they come and go all the time and no one reads them anyway until they discover they have a problem.. A very quick google search suggests Alihashop is a scam and is already on a scam list. If people didn't read that I don't think they would read a list on here either.

(That's just one of the sites that considers that shop a scam)
It also has all the hallmarks of a scam from a very recent start date, and a Hotmail address for contact. Also payment methods are suspect, bank transfer (please OP tell us that you didn't pay that way!!) Western Union Moneygram or Paypal. The payment you make is also not linked to the order as you have to tell them seperately what you ordered (hmm, so where does the payment go?).
If you paid by paypal and have item details correctly shown then you would be covered and can shove in a claim for item not received. If however, as the site suggests, a paypal payment is sent with no identifying purchase details then it may be harder to get your money back as you have no item to claim non receipt of.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
