Java out of memory/heap/log on to Itunes store

Help please Alienrik et al, I am out of my depth, I can't log on to itunes to get in the store it says java/heap is out of memory.

I have searched for help and had an answer but can't really understand the answer.....

Would be very grateful for advice.....

Have you got the latest java and itunes?
Latest java: http://www.java.com/en/
After you have made sure you have the lasest versions download and install ccleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds/downloading-slim
Once its installed open it, close everything accept ccleaner and press run cleaner.

Hi, this is the reply to download latest.....

You have the recommended Java installed (Version 6 Update 13).

CC cleaner wouldnt install due to: "installer integrity has failed, contact author for new"

Hope you still about, I would like to install that cc cleaner it looks good....

Edited to add yes, have latest itunes

Try this download http://www.ccleaner.com/download/downloading make sure to deselect the toolbar (yahoo) during the install.
