I have been told that Credit card agreements must comply with the Consumer Credit Act 1974. If your agreement with the provider does not comply, then the outstanding balance could be 'written off' as is classed as unenforceable. Can any one tell me more about this, i.e if it is true/ possible/success rate etc... any advice welcome as I have been put in touch with a claims company via my new loan company who have told that they may be able to get all my credit cards written off.
Thanks in advance.

Hate to be *that guy* - but unless you've got good reason not to, I can't imagine why anyone would want their credit card written off. Legal or not, I'd feel I'd stolen all the stuff I'd bought with it...0
