Cash ISA vs Fixed Offset Mortgage

Hi All,
I am looking to fix my mortgage as I have a new born and am looking for
stability in the amount I pay each month for my mortgage. I have just come off a fixed rate with the Abbey and am on a SVR of around 4.79%.
I have seen several recomendations in the media recently advising to fix
mortgage rates against predicted rises in the next year or so. I don't want
to risk a hike in interest rates.
I have around £12,000 in Cash ISA's.
I have seen a 5 year fixed rate offset mortgage for 5.89%.
The question is should I cash in my ISA's and use this to offset this
mortgage? My LTV is 85%.
or should I choose their normal 5 year fix and keep my cash ISA's.
My mortgage is for around £235,000?
or should I stick with the Abbey's variable for now and review the situation in a year's time?
I would appreciate any advice.
