Winning bidder no longer registered

Sold something for a tenner there, but went into my ebay and it's saying the user is no longer registered.
Can I just second chance the next bidder, or should I go through all the hassle of claiming fees. Actually, it was a 99p start, will ebay still take FVF's if the guy doesn't pay?

Also, seeing as he is no longer registered, do I need to still wait 7 days before an unpaid thingy?0

Nope. Item only ended yesterday, but is it allowed for the transaction to be completed outside of ebay?
I'd rather it wasn't/0 -
just start the dispute now. there is an option for you when buyers no longer exist on ebay. it will close straight away you'll get your fees back and you can relist0
