1. To enter simply log on to https://www.visitscotland.com/camping and register your details.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Draw closes 31.08.09.
4. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, Camping & Caravanning Club, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
5. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
6. Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian's permission to take part & to be awarded prize.
7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: 1 x 7-night camping, caravanning or motorhome stay at one of the Camping & Caravanning Club's 18 Scottish sites on a self-catering basis for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 16 on a Club Service Pitch, up to a maximum value of £250; £250 spending money; and travel allowance up to a maximum value of £100 in total, amount provided will vary based on location of winner, distance travelled and travel method and the Promoter's decision on travel allowance is final.
8. Prize winner can select one site from one of the following 18 Camping & Caravanning Club's Club Pitch Sites: Ardgartan Club Site, Culzean Castle Club Site, Dingwall Club Site, Dunbar Club Site, Glencoe Club Site, Inverewe Gardens Club Site, Jedburgh Club Site, Lauder Club Site, Luss Club Site, Milarrochy Bay Club Site, Moffat Club Site, Nairn Club Site, Oban Club Site, Rosemarkie Club Site, Scone Club Site, Speyside by Craigellachie Club Site, Tarland by Deeside Club Site or Skye Loch Greshornish Club Site.
9. Pitch space at the chosen Club Pitch Site will be supplied only; prize winner must take their own motor home, caravan or tent.
10. Prize winner does not need to be a member of the Camping & Caravanning Club to be eligible to take the prize.
11. Prize must be taken by 31.12.10.
12. Prize does not include any travel insurance and must be taken in full. No cash alternative is available and prize is non-transferable.
13. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
14. All elements of prize package are subject to date availability, are weather dependent and subject to change.
15. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
16. One winner will be drawn under independent supervision from all entries received on 07.09.09 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Prize must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and another winner being drawn.
18. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
19. By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
