Hello, looking to put my property on the market but wondered if there were any sort of comparison tables available on the success of estate agents.
I am in the North Shields/Tynemouth Area of North East england and would appreciate any recommendations/avoids for estate agents in the area.
Thanks in advance.

what would you compare?
and I'd say the answer is definitively no, none of them would want opposition knowing how quiet/busy/successful/unsuccessful each of them were0 -
empirical evidence and opinions is all we have"enough is a feast"...old Buddist proverb0

I'd agree with theGrinch subject to the following ammendments:
Remove "empirical" and replace with "anecdotal"
Before the word "opinions" insert "highly subjective"
All those in favour?0
