Last year I booked a holiday to the USA as I had been promising my kids for years. It seemed a good deal,£399 for two weeks in september. After a time I looked on the internet at the accomodation,The Dorsan Suites,Kissimee.I realised what a mistake I had made,What A dump!!I changed the accomodation and paid the extra charge of £800.I recently found out that cosmos has cancelled their contract with this accomodation and upgraded customers free of charge!! Of course as I had already had the forsight to swop I lost out.Any ideas of how I might get something back? any help would be appreciated!
