Couple of nights ago my laptop started coming up with an error message when I tried to watch a clip on You Tube or something on iPlayer..
It says "either Javascript is switched off or you need to download the latest version of Flash"
I checked Javascript and it is switched on.. I tried to update Flash, didn't work,, I then uninstalled Flash and re-installed it, cleared cookies, etc and it still hasn't solved the problem..
Has anyone else had this problem or has any ideas !?
Any help greatly appreciated, thanks in addvance x

Are you using noscript or something similar?
Try it in another browser, to see if it's a browser specific problem. They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0 -
"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player"
This message should carry a link to the Adobe uninstaller http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157&sliceId=1
since you are unable to "Get the latest Flash Player" without first downloading and running the .exe uninstaller.
Adobe are less than helpful by allowing you to download the latest player without warning that it will not run without first using the uninstall.exe.
Sure there is help available all over the web, but why produce an error message 'Problem' without a link to a 'Solution'?
