Ebay ... misleading description for tennis racket

Hi all,
More Ebay woes
Just bought a racket on Ebay here:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=170318371789
It shows up today and it's the junior version, worth 1/2 the price I paid - if that.
So I start to pull apart the description:
- Junior version is NOT the Nadal racket, as stated in the desc
- Junior version RRP is £60 NOT £135 as stated
- Junior version doesn't come with full cover (like the pic), just a head cover
..he does however mention it's a 26inch length, full size is 27
Any idea where Ebay/PayPal will land on this one? In my view the description is deliberately misleading but what do you lot reckon?
Thanks!
Monty

My husband uses the older version, the Aero Pro Drive, and has bought a couple recently on ebay. I know that he's asked a few sellers about where they come from, because he didn't want a Chinese one. I believe the issue with these rackets is that some of them are made in China and slightly smaller than the "genuine" versions. They are not fakes, as such; they are just smaller. I think.
One seller said he didn't know if his came from China, but that his brother bought it in Hong Kong, "if that helps"!!
Could this be the case with the one you've bought?
ETA: I see you've now sorted it, and that is WAS the junior version that you bought.0
