In general is this much cheaper than other companies, such as Elephant or Hastings Direct?
Also can you use this to insure a car from purchase or does the insurance only start when they've fitted a device?

I thought they have phased this out (I might be wrong).
When I looked at it the prices were very good, however they charge you an extra £25 each time you use the vehicle after 11pm so if you do not drive after 11pm very often it worked out cheap but if you did it could work out more expensive.
