Malwarebytes 'FileAssassin' tool

Thanks to those who helped my recent Malwarebytes installation questions, particularly Alienrik.
I have now run the prog as a quick scan and find that this reduces the scan time from over an hour to 3 mins! I hope this is normal and represents a scan which will detect most problems.
Browsing through the software features, I came across the option to run a tool called 'FileAssassin'. Am wondering what this is and whether it's worth using.
