    Actually sounds like a joke but it isn't. There are houses built within the rock in some parts of southern Europe, come to think of it I think it's only in Southern Spain. Very cool in summer, wonder what it's like in winter though...the commute might be a bit of a problem though!

    Visited houses in rock on my hols in Tunisia....So I can quite imagine someone buying this and doing it up.

    Regarding current prices, I think they'll still continue to rise for most of the year and am not expecting any correction to start until the Autumn, then gather momentum in 2007 - but its only opionion and I'll probably be proved wrong!
