in Stoozing: free cash from credit cards
I can access £9.5k @ 0% for 9 months thanks to a promo cheque sent to me. However it carries a 2.99% fee. Even although I'm a non-tax payer, I can't find anywhere I can put the cash to make it worthwhile stooze-wise.

Any ideas?
