buyer problem

I was wondering if someone could help.

I sold an item buy it now on 06/04/09 The buyer paid immediatly through paypal.

This was sold as a collection in person.

The buyer sent me a message after she had paid if she can arrange a courier so I said ok. Im still waiting for this courier to come!

Ive emailed her numerous times asking when she has arranged it for and everytime she leaves it a couple of days before replying back that shes waiting for me to say what days im in (Ive already told her this about 6 times)

I always send her a message via contact buyer but she keeps saying im emailing her directly!! and yet shes still not replying to them but shes obviously getting them as she just keeps repeating the same line - what day are you in, dont send me emails directly (Im not aaahhh!!).

Also ive noticed that everytime she sends a message the email address its come from is different.

Is there anyway I can get out of this transaction because ive had enough of her.

Firstly are you happy you understand the risks of a buyer arranged courier on a collection only item when paid for by paypal? You might want to try reading the tips for new sellers post:

AS it has bene over a week just refund the money in full and explain that she either colelcts in person this weekend and pays cash or you will be relisting. Whatever you do though you cannot reclaim your FVFs as she has paid and you do run the risks of poor feedback, so tread carefully.

I assumed that as long as i got a reciept where it is trackable on line it would be ok. I wouldnt of normally allowed it but i wanted rid as soon as. Could I ask for a mutual?

You'd be fine with a tracked receipt if it showed online as delivered, but wth a buyer arranged courier you might even just get a man with a van and no receipt.

I think (someone else will confirm I'm sure) that you could try a mutual cancellation, but of course buyer cna refuse and you will then lose your FVFs.
