                    Hi,
I recently had a bit of a mix up with my bank cancelling a direct debit for my MBNA credit card. Because of this, my account went into arrears. I've taken the late charge on the chin, sorted the direct debit and now paid the arrears amount to get my card up to date. I was just wondering though; because I went into arrears (albeit only for about 24 hours or so) will this have an effect on my credit score?
Thanks!

It will show (assuming MBNA report it) as one month late which isn't a problem for most lenders just dont make a habit of it....
