Sorry BB, I promise to make an appointment with the Doctors next Tuesday:o:o You are right I have had disc problems before so better not take any chances. OH has private medical insurance through work so I have no excuse really either.

please do and if they fob you off, start mentioning S1 nerve damage (that's the one which runs from the brain down to your toes) and see what they say. I wouldn't wish what I went through on anyone (except Cruella perhaps, but even that's a bit mean :o)

I am really hayfevery today. Had a tablet this morning but lots of itchy sneezes and have been sniffing all day.

I had a letter from a part time job I applied for about 5 weeks ago (not the ones I'm waiting to hear about which are full time) saying I hadn't been short listed but because of the high calbre and that those with social care practice/procedures got the edge over me. It did say though I should definitely re-apply for any jobs in the department as my application was 'sound and well presented'. I had realised I hadn't got an interview because of the amount of time since I applied but was pleased and surprised to get a letter because normal policy where I work is if you haven't heard in 21 days, you haven't got an interview. At least what I'm writing in applications is ok, it was just the specific field of expertise I didn't have the experience in.
