Morning all

Thank god its friday is all I can say...although it means its another day closer to the Marathon, can't believe its a week on Sunday :eek:.
Haven't got much planned today, need to do something with DD today, might take her to visit some friends if they are about. Also need to tidy pigsty house again...I must re-visit the fly lady and get some kind of routine going I think.

Whats everyone else up to, today and this weekend?

Good morning all.

Not alot planned today or for the weekend come to think of it.......BUT today is the first day to the rest of mylife as I have started CD this morning.

Thing is I have to go to the club this afternoon for a meeting....... Mines a water then lol.

Hope everyone is doing good this bright and sunny Friday.

Bleurgh I feel worse than yesterday all dizzy and weird but am going to go into work anyway because I havent had a day off sick yet and dont want to ruin my perfect record (god thats sad )

Becky I really think you should have a day off and try and recover! Better a day off work and be able to run the marathon hey! Hope you feel better later, remember lots of fluids to keep you hydrated

Nah its okay I worked right through my horrendous cold in September when I was in Liverpool and t got better sooo much more quickly, so I am going to give it a go, away this weekend anyway so cant really have today off - I would feel too guilty - might make uppy dog eyes at the boss so she sends me home

Miss Twit is off to Manchester today, amazing how she manages to get out of bed when it's something she wants to do.

Happy Friday eveyone. Sounds as though there will be a lot of tidy houses by tonight!!

Good luck Spud and Lisa with CD - I am doing WW at the moment and that is hard enough. Gawd knows what I'd do if I just had to manage on shakes throughout the day.

Hmmm, Just realised (after actually thinking about it) I have loads to do today :-/ Good job really, Mind occupation and all that.

Hope you are ok Becky. Maybe take is easy over the weekend.

DD wants to go and watch 17 again at the cinema with her mates, thing is she is 10 and I think its a 12film She doesn't even look 10, more like 8........

I think it's a 12a Lisa, which means you'd have to go with her.

Morning everyone, its really cold here.

Good luck with the diets everyone, I am going back on the Slimming world plan as of tomorrow, saying that I havent eaten much this week with feeling yuk so I may have given myself a head start.

And my foot is still numb:o
