I run out of necessity as you can see from my siggy I am doing marathon next weekend :eek: Then I will go back to running when I want and enjoy it a bit more

i'd take up walking again if i had the drive for it. OH says shed come for a walk with me but work etc she always tired / stressed and would rather chill out in house.
