    it's for a loan i took out. i've not been able to pay since i got made redundant and it's been passed to shoosmiths and they ignored my letter asking them to hold it for 3 mths.

    no, but i'm not disputing the amount, just that i can't pay at the moment.

    it's not helped that i had my head in the sand for a few months and ignored all my debts!!:o
