    Can't your mate go get the cash from the ATM and post it next day delivery at the PO?

    OR

    Get the cash out at ATM, go to a local bank (your bank company), deposit the cash, it appears immediately on your account then you take it out wherever you are. Easy.

    This is asssuming you trust him with the PIN. Which you can always change at the ATM when you get the card.

    Sorry but this has to be said - OP is an idiot first for cashing on a credit card and secondly for trying to beat the game - OP you will have to wait end of.

    What is that urgent that you have to cash on a credit card?
