Anyone else got issues with Barclaycard Breathe?

Hi, posted on another thread about this card being a 0% on purchases for 12months and then finding out you have been charged interest and they are denying the offer ever applied.
Are there more people who have gone through this? I am £500 out of pocket and want it back so would love some more people to come forward to put a case/complaint together against them.
I know they had the offer as I found it on this site but they are making me doubt my own mind
I wish the main man Martin himself would pick up on this one it is shocking.

They do offer 0% on BT's but look what I found, they forgot to update their site: Look toward the right hand side and see the box that says 0% for 12mth on purchases

Look at your terms:

On Page 1 - in box 5 it should state:-

PROMOTIONAL ANNUAL INTEREST RATE

0% interest on purchases for 12 months from account opening.
0% interest on "Qualifying Purchases" (up to a maximum of
£5000) until paid in full: The purchase of tickets for travel in the
UK by bus, train, underground rail, tram, ferry or hovercraft, but
excluding travel with Transport for London and other forms of
transport. Purchases from selected retailers which we will tell you
about on the barclaycardbreathe.co.uk website and may change
from time to time.
Promotional balance transfers will be transferred to the standard
balance at the end of any promotional period and also if
you break this agreement, in accordance with condition 1.2.
Condition 1.2 does not apply to the Promotional Travel Rate.

Were you a new customer to Barclaycard or do you hold other cards with them?

I had a similar issue with them over a BT offer on the Breathe card where they were offering new customers 12 months but applicants who held other BCs only 6 months.

Hi, I was a new customer, have never held any barclaycard accounts before.

Hi, well after numerous phone calls I then sent them all the hardcopy of the ccard adverts as posted here and we sat back and waited. Eventually we got a letter stating that we originally had 3 months 0% on purchases so now they at least admit that we had some interest free and that they were going to refund all the interest paid back onto the card and lo and behold they did, apparently a gesture of goodwill but who cares we got our money back, thanks to all for your advice :beer:
