Hi,
Can anyone tell me if someone holds an ADI badge & is prosecuted and imprisoned for fraud an unrelated offence to do with driving, can they still teach pupils without telling the Driving Standards Agency?
Thanks

If the Circumstances have changed since the adi was qualified. Then yes the DSA should need to know. They need to be told of ALL convictions especially driving ones whilst you are on the register of approved driving instructors.
You need to be a fit and proper person to be in the register of approved driving instructors so they could strike the adi off.0
