Me Vs Moorcroft (warning about letters)

Hello there fellow MSE'ers this is a odd topic to allocate a board to so mods move this if you know where it belongs best

basically some of you may of seen from my sig that my three debt has well !!!!!! Gone :D anyway ill backup the story a bit before i talk about these novice debt collectors ,

bascically last year i took out a 3 contract for a mix and match 300 and nokia e71
with the first month my internet was not unlimited and stupid here knocked the internet button on whilst i was in bed and low and behold i tally'd up a nice monthly bill of 70 quid not alot maybe but at the time i was on 100 quid a week so naturally i thought i cant pay this , i rang 3 to no avail as of most billing dept's i got a arrogant bloke telling me to get my dads debit card from his wallet ? want me to commit fraud do u sir?

anyway i didnt pay it please dont judge , anyway the bill ended up this month at 177
then recieved a letter from this moorcroft debt recover , now im stating here that the letter had arrived in a white formal envelope with my name and address printed on the letter inside in formal font ,youll see why i mention this later , anyway as im still fighting debts here and there i borrowed 100 quid from my mother to pay these idiots off as all i got were phonecalls after phonecalls and now beware they even say things incase your parents answer the phone or its you pretending not to be you , for example this dat B!tch who rang said to my mum is lewis there its nicola i dont know a nicola certainly one who's knows my home number .

so anyway i paid it via the giro slip u get at the post office on wednesday , now today a bright and i mean bright yellow envelope appears through the door from tnt post , and the window to which your address shows through was in a cartoon font see the image below , now what im guessing and to warm others is theyre doing that so you assume its junk mail and throw it away as it was a court litigation letter , and it wasnt the original at that if you see the image ,

anyway i rang these idiots up tonight and got spoke to by such an arrogant young swine i couldnt believe it , then he went on to threaten me that if the payment was not recieved by the 18th he would send 2 of his "best" collectors ? around to my house now bully boy im 6"2 and 18 stone as bodybuilding has been my hobby for a fair while now so i said send them down and made sure he was aware of what he was threatening .

so if this sounds a bit stupid im just angry at the moment
maybe the moral is if you recieve a bright yellow envelope OPEN IT it might be these fools .

They are not allowed to threaten you as it is a criminal offence. report him to the manager of the company and state if you dont receive a satisfactory resolution to the matter that you will involve the police.

They can't legally "send anyone round" without a court order anyway.

    Tell them to get lost.

Or turn it 90 degrees so we have to turn completely upside down to read it :)
