Having emailed, and telephoned several numbers, I finally got through to a lovely lady named Tina (020 7938 6000 - option 3).
She told me that the competition was due to be drawn in June, but that they have been inundated with entries, and have to open all of them before the draw can take place.
So, there is still hope for an MSE'r - I've promised Tina two weeks in August every year if I win
