Car Supermarkets - help please

I have read the reviews on here about Car Craft and have seriously been put off. Is anyone able to recommend a reputable car supermarket as I am currently looking to purchase a fairly new used car. Or is it safer to stick to buying from a dealer?

I was thinking of Car Giant in North London but are they as bad as Car Craft?

Car Giant are a different company to Carcraft. Car Giant the cars as seen, with scratches and minor dents. They don't bother spending money on making the cars pristine and this is reflected in their prices - much cheaper than Carcraft. The cars are piled high and you don't get glass palaces for offices.

Car Giant were featured in a letter written to Honest John, the Daily Telegraphs Motoring Guide, where the writer praised Car Giant for rectifying without quibble a fault that occurred on the car within the 6 month period prescribed by the Sale of Goods Act. Honest John praised them for this but noted that Car Giant had to increase their prices slightly to cover for this eventuality.

I wouldn't go near Car Craft.

Bought our last one from Car Giant, not great on customer service, but they had the car we wanted at a very good price:D
