Hi,
was wondering if someone could help me, In March 2008 I applied and was entitled to £10 a week, when april came I phoned them and asked because it's a new tax year I should be getting more then £10 because I earnt less, but said I would have to wait for the tax credit form to be allocated, I carried on receiving £10 till july when I got the form, and started getting £60 a week, and I also had a card for free dentist and prescriptions, so I thought it would carry on till july because I haven't received a new form and it didn't start till last july, but last week they've stopped the £90, and put it down to £10 and haven't sent me a new form or anything? should i still get the £90 till july as it didn't start until july, and the card is valid till then?
