My sis and husband have had to return to the uk due to severe health problems from Spain. They have rented out their house put there is a shortfall every month and are considering giving back the house to the bank,
How does one go about this please, they own some land that is not selling also, will the bank take this from them.
Would really apprecate some advice or direction as to who can help
