Hello. i am rather confused by all the different listings that can appear when you research a book for sale.
i have an old first edition1951 of Models of Propriety, by william russell flint. i've done a recce on what is currently up on amazon and a whole page of different versions of the same book came up on amazon eg
http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss_w_h_?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=models+of+propriety&x=0&y=0
soem have hardcover/unknown binding and different asin numbers too - yet to the untrained eye most of them seem to be selling my 1951 edition. i have no idea where to put my listing as the book itself has no identifiable numbers on it.
can anyone educate me?!

Amazon is a law unto itself. I had a pre ISBN book a few months back, there were 21 different listngs for it and my book could have fitted any one of them. I emailed customer services and asked them if they couldn't clear some of the listings and got back a standard response saying i just needed to choose the catalogue entry that matched my book arghhhh.
Listed it on the one where they had the best prices but luckily sold it on ebay instead a week or two later.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
