At present we have 60k worth of debt( credit cards ) and are looking for some information on how to deal with this financial mess. We have accrued these over many years and
are at the point of not being able to make the repayments.
We have looked at the cccs site and are wondering if this is the correct route to go?
We have filled in the debt budget table and realise we are running on empty.
Any help or advise would be appreciated.

Please speak to the other debt charities as well, rather than going to a company.
Have you read http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/pdf-iva-guide.pdf
An is there any way that you situation could change in the next 5 years/do you have any equity.
IVAs are right for a very small numbe rof people, I think CCCS reckon about 3 % of their clients, but are sold enthusiatically because they attract substantial fees for the debt companies sellign ot running them.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
20k equity in house .
We could have help with the mortgage in the next 12 months. Relatives possibly helping.0
