Parking Ticket

My cousin got a parking ticket - which he failed to pay on time.

Is there any way of getting it reduced back to the original amount?

Many thanks

Depends - If it was a Council ticket, then probably too late. If it was a private car park, it's a worthless piece of paper, so don't pay any amount.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

Ignore retrocircles (unless you have privately provided him/her with all thew information).

Who is it from? If a private company in a private car park, then ignore it.

If from the council, post it up here (front and back) - it may not be correct.
