Just got the following in my inbox:
Some points:
1. The BT bill is not in my name and therefore, they should not have my email.
2. My boyfriend did not get one, and the bill IS in his name.
3. They've never emailed us to say, 'thanks for your money!'
4. I did, I admit, click the link. The URL was long, but the site looked quite good. Luckily, as the BT account is nothing to do with me, I didn't have any info to put in there!
Checked Google and found this:

So, just a warning, guys - seems as if this is back around again!

Just hover your mouse over the ''clicking here'' should show you that this is not a genuine email but a phising excercise.
I got one too - now deleted.0 -
I had a similar one yesterday from my ISP ( not bt) saying my bill had not been paid. Didn`t click on any links tho`.
Checked my bill through proper ISP website and no arrears showed, so just to make sure I phoned them up to double check and report the phishing email. Said they had a few reports and they were looking in to the matter.:rolleyes:Fully paid up member of S.A.B.L.E.
