Paypal - Instant Bank Transfers

Hi
Paypal used the wrong bank account to collect my ebay fees,they didn't use my primary account. There were no funds in the account they used so my paypal account was £13 in arrears as i had forgotten to update my back up funding card so that was rejected to. I paid these arrears off using another card straight away but now i am unable to use instant bank transfer as a payment option. Has anyone else had this? Is it just a temporary block do you think?

I don't know the answer for certain but paypal are getting stricter so I would think that you will have to use a more certain method of payment through paypal for at least a few transactions before they will consider removing the block. Do you have a card you can add to your paypal account?
