Does she want to return it?

If it's faulty you should reimburse her the amount paid plus the original postage only when it's been returned to you. Refunding return postage is up to you. If she just doesn't like it, she sends it back then you refund the original price paid minus postage.

What do you mean by she doesn't seem happy? Has she actually opened a dispute or sent you an email stating something is wrong?

If it's faulty, then you should refund the item cost, and both lots of postage (only refunding when item has been received back with you). If the reason seems petty, then you don't have to refund her return postage (but again, only refund when you have it back!).
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
