yes thats what im worried about it was such a large sum of money the paperwork does say loan amount dates etc but how do i prove its written by her,would they be able to trace bank accounts?also what about any remaining funds in bank accounts?

I think take the evidence to the Solicitor and they can make the decision, a hand writing expert could assist... you want someone who deals with contentious probate and will probably be looking at no win no fee for the funding.

thanks you've been really helpfull i will contact the solicitor would it be best to use her one where the will is or any local one?is it first half hour free or would the solicitor who have the will not charge?

I would try the solicitor holding the Will first. If it's no win no fee, they will do an initail interview free and then you sign an agreement. This means if they recover any money, they can be paid from that.
